About Lul Care

With over 20 years of hands-on caregiving experience— the majority right here in Madison — Lul brings unmatched depth of knowledge to everything we do. Her expertise spans personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, housekeeping, and thorough clinical documentation.

Beyond daily care, Lul has extensive experience transporting clients to their workplaces and assisting them in their occupational activities. Over the years, she has worked with a wide range of individuals — including those who are elderly, developmentally disabled, living with mental illness, managing dementia, physically disabled, and terminally ill.

This breadth of experience is what allows Lul Care to confidently serve individuals — both ambulatory and non-ambulatory — across many of these categories, and to carefully assess every prospective resident for compatibility with our home.

Lul's son Qadar brings 8 years of experience in the home health industry and serves as the manager and administrator of the entire Lul Care team. He oversees day-to-day operations, compliance, staffing, and family communication.

Together, Lul and Qadar combine frontline caregiving expertise with disciplined operational leadership — ensuring that every resident receives not only compassionate care, but care that is well-organized, consistent, and accountable.
